PAYMENTS:  We accept credit cards, PayPal and Money Orders.  The site is secure to process credit cards, and double password protected to even access the information.   You will be paying Itty-Bitty Creativity, the name of *Pretties* Parent Company if you use PayPal.

100% SATISFACTION: Your *Pretties* Custom Korkers will be M2M in the best of our ability to match colors and patterns.  We work hard to make the very best possible match, but we ask that our customers understand it is impossible to promise it.  We can also only work with as good of photos as you provide!  This makes custom orders and combinations non-returnable.  Consider ordering a Color Card, they are extremely helpful in choosing just the right colors! We will however work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied!

 All other items may be returned by contacting us first at custompretties@aol.com for return instructions and the address to ship the return to. Please note the customer will be in charge of the shipping charges to send the item back, and insurance if desired as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

 Also, if you send us an outfit to match and we, in all good faith, do not believe we can match it, we will let you know and refund the money rather than make an inferior product.  Only on rare, rare occasions has this happened.  Or email us first if the colors seem especially tricky!

LEAD TIMES:  We work to get the orders out within 7-10 business days.  This does not include ship times or exceptionally large orders (15+ pairs).  In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered and not listed so on our site, we will inform you right away.  If you need an item sooner please contact us.  Orders are completed in the order which they are paid for.  We do not vacation often, but in the rare event that we do get away for a weekend, we will update the site accordingly.  As a general rule, we take holiday orders up to two weeks before the holiday, then the rush fee must be paid for completion.  We do close our store from early December-early January to handle the very large amount of holiday orders we process and to enjoy time with our family and friends for the holidays.

SHIPPING: We ship via USPS mail.  We use first class and priority mail.  If you need your item sent priority mail, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Lead times do not include shipping. We ship in beautiful signature *Pretties* boxes and packaging which is perfect for re-use!  We also want to mention that USPS can sometimes be very...what's a nice word for inconsistent...discrepant...in their delivery times.  We've had on a couple occasions priority mail packages take a week.  We once had a customer in New Zealand receive her box before our customer in Georgia, USA.  And sometimes the box arrives next day.  So please keep this in mind if you have a special date you need them by. 

Shipping rates are as follows:

USA:  $3.00 for the first item, $0.50 for each additional item with no more than $7.00 in shipping charges

CANADA: $4.00 for the first item, $0.75 for each additional item with no more than $11.50 in shipping charges

INTERNATIONAL: $6.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item with no more than $14.00 in shipping charges

SAFETY & SMALL PRINT: We want your little ones to stay safe!  Please never leave young children unsupervised with *Pretties*, or any small hair accessory.  *Pretties* Custom Korkers cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the purchase or owning of it's products.  Customer assumes liability during purchase.  *Pretties* Custom Korkers acknowledges that their products are made securely and safely, but that young children should ALWAYS be supervised with small items. Our clips have passed lab tests for safe lead levels and we do not use any chemicals to have the bows retain their shape.
