You are not alone!  We've helped dozens and dozens of ladies learn the ropes of ordering their first pair of *pretties*.  Check out *Pretties* 101 to get you up to speed!  Still stumped? We are here to help and there is no such thing as a stupid question, so ask away and let us help you in any way we can!

What sizes are the different kinds of *pretties*? TOP
We carry four different sizes for all sizes of little girls!  Itty-Bitty *Pretties* are the smallest, about 2.5" inches and work well on smaller girls, and girls with little piggies.  The Tweenie *Pretties* are slightly larger/fuller than the Itty-Bitty *Pretties* and come in singles.  They are perfect for headbands and as piggies, too! The Bitty *pretties* are the "standard" size, about 3-3.5" and work well on all ages that can achieve good sized piggytails and on headbands as well.  The largest size we carry is the Original sized *pretties*.  These are about 4" and work best in older girls or as a single.  These can also go on headbands. 

Do I pick the colors? TOP

Definitely!  All of our sizes have a custom order page where you can build your *pretties* korker with up to 8 colors and patterns to create the perfect match!  We can also help if you need suggestions on colors!

I have a specific outfit I need to match, can you do this? TOP
This is one of our specialties!  Just email us a picture (or two!) to: custompretties@aol.com and we'll work our magic.  If some colors look similar in the pictures (example: navy or black) let us know, or we'll contact you with any questions.

What is your turn around time? TOP
We ask for 7-10 days on typical orders.  Please allow a couple extra days for very large orders (10+).  Holidays we ask for up to 14 days.  If you need your *pretties* by a certain date, please let us know in the instructions box upon checkout.

I need my *pretties* in under a week, can you do this? TOP

We might.  Contact us first.  We do charge a rush fee of $5.00 which also upgrades your shipment to priority mail.  But check with us first BEFORE placing your order.

Am I going to find korker ribbon all over my house? TOP
No, you shouldn't!  Our *pretties* are triple reinforced and tested with a tug before being sent out.  With that being said, some little ones could take apart anything if given the

opportunity, so please do not leave little ones alone with the *pretties*.  And please remove the *pretties* before nap and bedtime! 

My child has very sensitive skin. TOP
Our *pretties* do not contain any chemicals to make them retain their shape.  They are heat sealed-no chemicals on the ribbon to keep them from fraying.  Our *pretties* have been worn by many little girls with sensitive and easily irritated skin/scalp with no problem.  But please remember you know your child and their conditions best!

How will my *pretties* arrive? TOP

You will love receiving *pretties* in the mail!  We package our *pretties* very carefully in our signature white boxes.  They come on bow cards for easy storing.  We utilize the United States Postal Service for our deliveries.

How Should I Store My *Pretties*? TOP

I recommend a bow holder of sorts.  I am working on getting them up on the site.  I also find that the bow holder helps keep the *Pretties* in better shape and it's so much easier to find a pair when they are hanging together! 

My *pretties* are a gift, do you do anything special? TOP
Well first off, how very thoughtful of you!  *Pretties* make an excellent and unique gift for any little girl!  Please indicate in the instructions box upon checkout if the order (or what portion of) is a gift.  We will also include a card for you to include with your *pretties* gift at no cost to you!

Do You Offer Gift Certificates? TOP

Yes we do!  A *Pretties* Custom Korkers Gift Certificate is the perfect gift for any little girl.  This allows the parent to choose which specific *pretties* color combinations are best for their daughter.  The side navigation menu has a section just for Gift Certificates and you can choose to have it emailed or mailed to the lucky recipient!

What is the "Wish List"/Gift Registry? TOP
This has two purposes:  the first being a personal wish list.  Perhaps you just can't get all those *pretties* at once, or have a list of fall Gymboree and it's only spring.  Go ahead and make yourself a registry/wish list to help yourself keep track of the items you want.  It also works as a gift registry so that if you want to share the list with others who may purchase the *pretties* for you off that list.  Have fun making your wish list and share it with others, you never know who'll want to shop off of it!

We LOVE hearing from our customers!  And we LOVE seeing the beautiful *pretties* hard at work on your little sweetheart!  Send your pictures or comments to custompretties@aol.com with the subject of "photo gallery" or "testimonial".  Pictures become the property of *pretties* and may be displayed on our site or during craft shows for marketing purposes.

I have a Gymboree outfit I would like matched. TOP

We do hundreds of these!  If you want the *pretties* to match the line as a whole, you can type in the name of the line on the order page (if you know it).  Have a specific piece?  Email us the image and we'll match it up!  Don't have a picture on the computer?  We recommend checking out www.gymbohaven.com for all the present and past lines.  They have pictures of every piece in that line.  You can save it to your computer (right click, "save picture as") and send it to us.  Still need help?  We're here for you!  custompretties@aol.com

YES!  We get asked this a lot so now we have created business cards that we can send to you so when someone asks you about the *pretties* you can point them in the direction to get a pair of their very own!  And we THANK YOU for your referral business!
